Autumn Soul Food



Here are my 3 favorite soul foods for autumn.

First Green „Shrek“ Vitamin Bomb,

I just love greens and this is also the best thing you can do when it get’s cold outside.  Just take 2 broccoli, 700ml water, veggie consommé, and 2 leaves of kale. Cook it for 25 minutes and then mash it till it get’s creamy.



second good tip is for everyone who has no time for cooking but wants to eat something good in the evening. It is not vegan because of the feta but if you have a good cheese alternative which is fabulous let me know. For this dish you just ave to chop the pumpkin you like the most into small pieces and drop oil, salt and pepper over it. also some feta and just put it in the oven for 15 minutes (200°). Fast fresh food. Love it


and for the ones who are getting sick, or not feeling good at the moment. It sounds weird but if you don#T want to get sick: drink hot water with 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 small slices ginger and 1 small slice of lemon. It is so good 🙂
